Spotlight on Brother Richard Hall

Brother Richard Hall enlisted in the Navy in 1948 to serve in the Vietnam War. Following five years of service he retired in 1953. During his Tour of Duty, Richard, a Second Class Petty Officer, served on a state side naval base, mainly in the general office as a Specialist IBM. As a Specialist IBM he was in charge of the payroll for the base.
